This spacious, dual-aspect duplex has a separate entrance on a tree-lined alleyway and offers a peaceful, bright setting that is perfect for a comfortable stay for two people or a family. The dual-aspect living room comprises a lounge, dining area, office space and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This vast living space is ideal for relaxing or working from home in complete serenity.

The accommodation comprises two large bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm). One is located on the first floor, close to a bathroom with a bathtub and heated towel rail, while the other is on the second floor, next to a separate toilet.

The entrance is on the ground floor at the top of the duplex, in a small, traffic-free alleyway lined with greenery and leading to a walking path. You can also sit outside in front of the entrance to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet.

A reserved parking space for one vehicle is available nearby.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as all the necessary everyday appliances: a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.

A cot, a child’s bed and a high chair can be provided on request, subject to availability.
