This warm and bright duplex offers a peaceful and comfortable setting. Thanks to the air conditioning, you enjoy a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year. It is ideal for a solo stay, a couple, or a small family.

The private entrance, located at street level along a leafy lane, opens into a large, light-filled living area. The space of the Guesthouse Pavot Chateau-Renard includes a lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen, creating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. On this same level, a bedroom with a single bed (90×200) and a large desk allows you to work remotely or read in peace.

On the lower level, you will find a spacious bedroom with a 160×200 double bed. A bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and towel heater completes this floor and makes your stay easier.

The Guesthouse Pavot Chateau-Renard enjoys a quiet and green environment. You can also relax in the outdoor space located in front of the entrance. A reserved parking space is available nearby, which makes access very convenient.

Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as all essential household equipment such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and vacuum cleaner. A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided on request.
